Pepper is a sweet vintage-inspired pleated play shirt and dress with a royal flair! The shirt option has cuffed sleeves, an angled collar and shorts for a baby boy. The dress option has an open back, puffed sleeves, v-collar and ruffle bloomers for a baby girl! Pepper has optional french knot decorative stitching and french seams throughout for a beautiful heirloom finish.
