Dolly Willow Skirted Romper, Dress, & Bloomers Digital Sewing Pattern

Dolly Willow is a beautiful pattern that has a plethora of options. It has straps that criss-cross in the back that attach by velcro. There are three skirt lengths: regular, vintage, or mini. The mini and vintage skirts can be layered to create a vintage length double skirt or the vintage and regular can be layered for a regular length double skirt. There is also an option to add a romper bottom to create the perfect skirted romper. Finally, Willow offers a bloomer pattern so that dolly can twirl worry free.
